The Cube

The Cube is a successful business venture that started as a distribution center for printed materials and then transformed into a small industrial space for retail, storage, and offices. The owner Bruce Woodard renovated the space by creating private lockable offices, upgrading the HVAC and electrical systems, and installing ADA-compliant restrooms. The offices are rented on a month-to-month basis and include access to a large kitchenette/break room and a 12-person conference room with a big-screen TV. The Cube does not offer co-working spaces, but it offers lockable independent offices.

The monthly rent for the smallest offices starts at $300. The Cube is currently full, and there is a high demand for this type of operation. Some potential tenants have already worked in The Cube and want to come back because it is a great place to work and network. While The Cube does not permit any retail operations due to limited parking, tenants have access to the secure building with coded door entry and video surveillance 24/7. There is high demand for small workspaces at small prices.

Renting an office from The Cube includes access to a large kitchenette/break room and a 12-person conference room with big flat-screen TVs to cast presentations. All of the offices at The Cube are leased on a month-to-month basis and are private lockable offices.
