Monica Boyer, certified Ketogenic coach, is going to help teach you how to get through the holidays on Keto. She will give time for you to ask questions. Ketosis, or “keto”, is a natural state for the body in which it becomes almost completely fueled by fat through eating a ketogenic diet: low carb, moderate protein, lots of healthy fats. This event is free, however registration is required to be sure we have an accurate count for seating.

Alumni of Grace Theological Seminary, Pastor Robert Soto is an active member of, and serves as Vice Chairman on the council of the Lipan Apache Tribe. He is the pastor of McAllen Grace Brethren Church and the Native American New Life Center in McAllen Texas. This is a Christ-centered service to meet both the spiritual and cultural needs of the Native communities.
