Milford is a manufacturing and agricultural community, which Maple Leaf Farms, the largest White Pekin Duck producer in North America, calls home. Made on Main is an artisan marketplace and creative studio. Their mission is to make art accessible, inspire, and celebrate each artist’s self-expression and showcase talented artisans and small businesses.

River Jordan Camel Dairy

River Jordan Camel Dairy is a camel farm with five camels! They create handmade soaps and lotions out of the camels’ milk mixed with various natural oils and butter. Each bar of soap contains approximately 25% camel’s milk, which soothes skin and provides nutrients, antioxidants, and vitamins. These products and more are sold in their online store here. They offer group tours of the farm by appointment only.

Waubee Lake Park and Beach

Waubee Lake is a small freshwater lake situated two miles southeast of Milford. Waubee Park and Beach is located on the north side of the lake and is a small family-oriented park with a playground, lake access for boat launching, and a clean lake for swimming and fishing.
