Events for the Holidays

We’ve done all the work for you… all you have to do is sip and paint your sled in any color you’d like, and personalize it with custom stencils made just for you! With 8 designs and 30+ colors to choose from, you can design your sled to match any home decor!
These adorable wooden trees will last you all season long! Makes great gifts! Mix and match sayings and sizes to create a set that’s uniquely YOU! Perfect for beginners with step-by-step instructions. No previous drawing or painting experience is necessary, and all supplies are included. A couple of friends, a little wine, some music, and it’s a PARTY!
Fun for the whole family! Construct your dream house out of edible supplies and leave the mess to us! If some of the construction materials end up in your belly rather than on the house, don’t worry. Nobody will tell! Popcorn and cocoa available to attendees.
Join us for the first Winter Market on Saturday, November 23 at the Center Lake Pavilion. This event will continue through March of 2020 and will take place on the third Saturday of every months beginning in December. You can expect a variety of homemade goodies including – maple syrup, meat, fruit butter, baked goods, crafts, home decor and some winter produce.
Come join in the fun on the night before Thanksgiving and take advantage of wine specials. Kody Bryant will be playing fabulous music to keep everyone moving. Pepe’s Taco Food Truck will be serving up amazing food for everyone to enjoy!
Join Green Earth Multisport for their 3rd Annual Thanksgiving Day wooded trail 5k & 10k Thursday, Nov 28, 2019 registration starts at 7am race starts at 8am. Registration fee is 3 nonperishable food items or gently used running shoes, or money to support the upkeep of the Winona Lake Trails!
Join Wire & Steam Coffee Co. for their 2nd Annual Holiday Sip & Shop event. They will fill the cafe with a pop-up shop style shopping experience. The perfect chance to get gifts for friends & family (& yourself too)!
Bring the whole family for an afternoon of outdoor fun. Enjoy hot chocolate, cookies, and as train rides. Warm up by the campfire with caroling before we light the tree at 6:30. The event concludes with a visit from Santa. As admission into the event, please bring a new and unwrapped toy to be donated to Toys for Tots.
Celebrate the first lighting of the Central Park Holiday Light Display. Outside, children will receive glow necklaces, while supplies last. Santa and Mrs. Claus will be in attendance inside the Center Lake Pavilion, along with face painters, balloon artists, games, and activities.

Hear Ye! Hear Ye! Come one and all. Are ye in the Christmas Spirits? Are ye ready to Deck your Halls? Make a traditional Williamsburg Wreath, Christmas wreath, or a swag using greens and fresh fruit to grace your door this Christmas season. Lunch and all materials are included. Gain new skills in the woodshop and watch the sawdust fly as you make beautiful Christmas ornaments to grace your tree or give as gifts. Stain, paint or wood burn your finished creations. Let your imagination be your guide. Lunch is included. Please register for the event.
Fill your cookie jar for the holidays! Camp provides the ingredients, measuring utensils, and mixing bowls. You bring the family or friends (or not), mix the dough, sample cookies, and sip hot chocolate. Best of all, camp cleans up the mess! Choose 4 batches of cookies (each makes about 3 dozen). Lunch and baking materials included. Please register for the event.
Christmas in the Village: One Starry Night is a collaborative holiday extravaganza between Tim Zimmerman and The King’s Brass, Grace College, Classic Arts Programs, and Symphony of the Lakes. This event is sure to put you and your family in the holiday spirit!
We’ve seen it all over the years…pajamas, Sunday’s best, red & green from head to toe. Everyone ones to get their photo taken with the “big guy”. Come meet Santa beside the tree and then enjoy breakfast with your family at a budget-friendly price!
The mission of the Tippy Creek Christmas Market will be a fun, relaxed atmosphere created for last minute holiday shopping. Come enjoy a glass of wine by the fireplace, live music, Santa and a cup of soups while supporting your local small businesses.
Please join us for our Kosciusko County Farmers & Artisans December Indoor Winter Market. A great variety of vendors. Find something unique for Christmas. Whether it be something for your Holiday table, holiday decor, Christmas gifts, or something just for yourself, come shop local! Free hot chocolate, tea, and coffee for all! Things to Do For the Holidays
Looking for things to do while it’s cold outside? Here’s some suggestions.
If you check out the K-County Visitor Guide, you’ll see the Instant Gratification Trail on page 31. This trail includes all coffee and ice cream shops in the county. It may be too cold for ice cream but warm coffee is good for the winter season. Order a free copy of the visitor guide, view the digital copy, or stop by the visitor center.
