Shelley Dobbins' career started in finance in 2007 at Teachers Credit Union as a teller. Shortly after she left the banking world to become a stay-at-home mother. Shelley entered the corporate financing world in 2017 as a teller at Mutual Bank (Northwest). After starting at Mutual Bank, Shelley was promoted to the Mortgage Loan Officer position. In late 2018, Shelley left Mutual Bank to become a Mortgage Loan Officer at Hallmark Mortgage in Warsaw. In 2019, Shelley pursues a new adventure at Ruoff Mortgage. In late 2022, she began a new journey with a Faith-Based Company at Movement Mortgage.
Shelley’s Mission is to Love and Value people. Shelley’s new ideas will make an impact on the CVB Board as she can support the board by spreading the word about what KCCVB has to offer to the people in our community.
